Scottsdale Healthcare picked the software of a Tempe firm to electronically keep track of its policies and procedures.
The healthcare group is using Indidge Systems' idTrack-Docs document management software. It's an intranet-based application designed to provide a reliable, user-friendly interface for management and control of document workflow.
The software provides automated reminders of document expirations, updates, version control, and revision tracking, as well as document search capabilities for current and historical documents.
"Since documents are being tracked electronically and controlled centrally, we don't have to worry about remembering to update policies and procedures," said Michael Gleason, IT director for Scottsdale Healthcare.

idTracks-Docs goes live at a major hospital system in Phoenix
Indidge Policy
and Procedure management system, idTracks-Docs went live
at a major multi-hospital system in Phoenix. The system
hosts all policies of the hospital in a centralized application
server and provides simple access to all users in multiple
facilities. Indidge
migrated all the documents from the existing system to idTracks-Docs
system and completed the implementation in a record time.

idTracks-Docs in Colorado on Aug-1-2005
Indidge signed contract with a major hospital in Colorado
to implement idTracks-Docs Policy and Procedure management
system. The emphasis of the application is to increase quality
and operational efficiency and to help meet JCAHO compliance
